Chestnut is a 2-year-old Lab mix who recently made his way to Maine, and he is doing so well in his foster home!

He’s a gentle, quiet boy who loves going for walks and spending time with his people. He already knows sit and is currently working on down—he’s proving to be a smart boy who is eager to learn!

Chestnut does well with other dogs and doesn’t seem to care about cats. He isn’t a huge fan of his crate just yet, but after a few minutes he settles down nicely.

Overall, Chestnut is a sweet, easygoing guy who is settling into Maine beautifully and is ready to find a family to call his own. ❤️
