Bobby is an adorable 5-month-old Hound mix weighing approximately 30 pounds, with the cutest little bobbed tail that makes him even more irresistible!

But Bobby's journey hasn't been an easy one.

This sweet boy was found wandering as a stray in Florida and ended up in a shelter where he was placed on death row. At just 5 months old, Bobby was facing the possibility of never getting the chance to grow up, experience a loving home, or find a family of his own.

Thankfully, Bobby's story didn't end there! He was given a second chance, and now he's preparing to make his way to Maine in search of his happily ever after!

Bobby is still just a baby with his whole life ahead of him. At his age, he's entering an exciting stage of puppyhood filled with curiosity, learning, and plenty of adventures!

Like any young puppy, Bobby will need a family committed to helping him grow into a happy, confident, well-mannered adult dog. That means patience, positive reinforcement training, consistency, and understanding that puppies don't come knowing all the rules!

His future family should be prepared to continue working on important puppy skills, including housebreaking, crate training, leash manners, and appropriate socialization.
